All Sales Are Final

Each piece offered by Le Pont is one of a kind and purchased as described. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to review all product photos, condition notes, and descriptions carefully. Our team is available at studio@lepontprive.com to answer any questions, provide additional photos, or share further details about a piece before you commit to a purchase.

Condition and Workmanship

Each piece is sold in the condition described in its listing. Le Pont does not warrant the workmanship of any piece or guarantee against future wear, aging, or defects that may develop after purchase. Any costs associated with repairs or restoration after delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Wrong Item Shipped

In the unlikely event that the wrong piece is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@lepontprive.com. Le Pont will provide a prepaid insured return label and ship the correct piece at no additional cost to you. The piece must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging.

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Every piece sold by Le Pont is backed by a lifetime authenticity guarantee. We rigorously authenticate each piece using industry-leading authentication services before it is listed or shipped.

If you believe a piece you purchased from Le Pont is not authentic, please contact us immediately at studio@lepontprive.com. To initiate an authenticity dispute:

  1. Contact Le Pont immediately upon discovery.
  2. Ship the piece back to Le Pont using an insured, trackable carrier at your expense.
  3. Le Pont will arrange independent re-authentication from a reputable authentication service.
  4. If the piece is confirmed inauthentic, Le Pont will refund 100% of the purchase price plus the cost of re-authentication in full.
  5. If the piece is confirmed authentic, the piece will be returned to you at your expense and authentication fees will apply.

Please note that brand boutique staff, including Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and others, are not authorized or trained to authenticate resale items and their opinions do not constitute professional authentication. Le Pont relies exclusively on recognized independent authentication services.

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase for a full refund. After 15 minutes all sales are final.
