Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Method
All pieces are shipped via insured, signature-required carriers. Given the value of our pieces, we do not ship without full insurance coverage and signature confirmation. Each piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and insured value. Complimentary insured shipping is included on all orders of $4,000 and above.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments
All pieces are fully insured in transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at studio@lepontprive.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim promptly.
